The new entrance wing is under construction on the Spinningfield elevation of the John Rylands Library, Deansgate, Manchester. The steel framework and pre-cast concrete coffered ceiling have been erected to first-floor level. Also shown are site cabins and scaffolding to the Spinningfield elevation of the 1890s building. In the background are the new Manchester City Magistrates Court and Coroners Court.
