Tickets to be had at the Angel and Bull's Head Inns, at the Exchange Coffee-House, at Mr. Badbury's Glover, at Mr. Shaw's the Black Horse, at the Crown and Cushion, and at R. Whitworth's, bookseller. It is likely this was printed as well as sold by R. Whitworth (Manchester) No date given. Date of performance either 1750 (old style calendar), 1753, 1759, 1764 or 1770, based on occurrences of 29th March as a Thursday, together with performers’ biographical information from Highfill, Philip H. / A biographical dictionary of actors, actresses, musicians, dancers, managers & other stage personnel in London, 1660-1800, Vol.13, 1991. Garrick’s farce “Miss in her teens” was written in 1747; the play is considered a satire on effeminacy. -- Information from bookseller.
