The Roman goddess of agriculture Ceres is sometimes represented under this title with three horses heads. The fourth image is Hippa Phigalensium a goddess often represented with the head of a horse , sitting on a rock with a dolphin in one hand and a dove in the other. Below the frame in the bottom right corner is written 'Basire Sc.'.
