Description:
Loose at the front of the file is a large colour map of Russia [?], annotated by BL and also a letter regarding his flights to Moscow, annotated on the reverse (see notes field). The file contains a in-depth diary account (an entry for each day) by BL of his visit to Moscow between 25th June 1963 - 13th July 1963, which caused him a great deal of concern and subsequent anxiety. The first two pages contain a 'Summary and action required', which gives a brief overview of day to day events and points of action. A loose diagram has been slotted into the diary, in page 14.
