Hymnbook containing hymns in the hand of Charles Wesley and labelled "Manuscript Six". Most of the pages have been ripped out in the past, leaving several pages of text, including shorthand. The contents page lists the first hymn (no longer present in the volume) as "Hymns for a backslider". The first page that survives is page 21 which contains parts of the hymn titled ""Ah whither, or to whom" the first line of the third stanza of which is "Tis there my soul shall rest".
