18 lines. Opening page of a medical composition. The text begins with the basmallah and praises to the Lord, focusing on the physical qualities of the human body. The last lines of the page mention the name of the author, but as these last lines are torn, this name is missing; only his kunya אלמתטבב (quack; here probably in the meaning of a layman in matters of medicine) is visible. In the following line the name גאלינוס (Galen) is visible as well. This mutatabbib has probably drawn on the compositions of early physicians.
