The top-left quarter of a page, the top-right quarter of which is Ar. 69-1. A fragment, cut out of what was, it seems, a letter or a document, concerning al-mu'allim Nissim al-yahudi (the master Nissim, the Jew). The number 103 is mentioned in words - this is, perhaps, a sum of money discussed?
