Description: 
Leges Angliae, twelfth century Latin manuscript on vellum and bound in leather. Folios have been ruled for text and the lines numbered, twenty-seven lines to a page. Initials in red and; annotations in margins added at a later date. The Manuscript has been twice numbered previously: firstly , 21-61, by a sixteenth-century hand, which also added a brief contents-list on a fly-leaf, showing that the missing ff. 1-20 contained the laws of Canute and Alfred; secondly, 46-87, by a seventeenth-century hand.
