Put rys in wat(er) al a ny(gh)t. & at morow waysche he(m) clene. afturward put hem to þe fyr(e) fort berst. & not to myche. sithen take brawne of capo(u)ns or of henn(es) soden. & drawe hit smale. aftur take mylke of alma(u)nd(es) & put in to þe rys and boyle hyt and whan it ys y boyled: put jn þe brawne & alye it þ(er) wiþ þat hit be wel chargea(u)nt
