A sixteenth century manuscript on urine. Diagnoses are given by colour of urine. The colours are black, 'bloo', white, 'glauk', milky, 'karapos', pale, 'citrine', 'rufe' and 'subruf', rubicund, 'ynopos' and green. Secretary hand with contemporary foliation in red ink.
