A sixteenth century manuscript on urine. The manuscript begins 'Blac vryn hath evermor' a swartnesse and a dymnes...'. Diagnoses are given by colour of urine. The colours are black, 'bloo', white, 'glauk', milky, 'karapos', pale, 'citrine', 'rufe' and 'subruf', rubicund, 'ynopos' and green. Secretary hand with rubricated capitals; contemporary foliation in red ink.
