Tale of Melibeus: the script is in black and red ink and lines and borders are ruled in black. There are 36-38 lines per page. Some portions of text are underlined in red ink and small gold and blue initials appear throughout the text. Written in England in one hand, the dialect and spelling include a significant number of West Midland and North Midland forms.
