Gospel of Matthew: the end of chapter twenty-eight. Red rubrication and a pen-flourished initial 'M' in red and blue ink introduces the prologue to the Gospel of Mark. Red rubrication and a decorated initial 'T' with a floral infill on a burnished gold background introduces the first chapter of the gospel. I-shaped border with floriate extensions terminating in acanthus leaves, ivy leaves, bezants, etc.
