'26 Jan 1692 this Booke was shewne to Mr Wm. Fox at his Examination on the behalfe of John Collum at ye suit of Thomas Shaftoe in the Court of Excheqer before me John Powell'. The original leaf was blank and the calligraphic text was added at a later date.
