Ecclesiastes 11 : 27 - 12 : 3 ' boþe hatiþ syn(n)ers & dooþ merci '. An abbreviated running title ' Ecc ' appears in the top margin in red rubrication. Red rubrication and a red and blue ink pen-flourished initial ' I ' introduce chapter 12. A faint folio number 239 is written in modern pencil in the top right margin. The ink is faded in places where the vellum seems to have been bent or folded. The written space is 160 x 108 mm. There are two columns of text, both having 24 lines.
