The abbreviated running title ' Parali (on) II ' appears in red rubrication at the top of the folio, with folio number 130 wriiten in faint pencil. A red and blue ink pen-flourished initial ' T ' introduces chapter 6. A scribal error 'my fadir' is struck out in red ink in the second column. There is red ink underlining of some words or phrases in the text. The written space is 160 x 108 mm. There are two columns of text, each having 24 lines.
