4 Kings 16 : 5 - 14 ' which he hadde offrid on the autir. Forsothe he dide '. Part of the running title ' Ffourthe book ' appears in red rubrication at the top of the folio, near to a black ink double-headed kingly grotesque with protruding red ink tongues, attached to an initial letter. There are also crude red and white roses drawn in the top margin near the title. The written space is 160 x 108 mm. There are two columns of text, each having 24 lines.
