3 Kings 16 : 29 - 17 : 5 ' and whanne he hadde go, he sat in the stronde of '. The words 'the wo' are crossed out in black ink on the last line of the second column. Part of the running title ' of kingis ' appears in red rubrication at the top of the folio. A faint folio number 72 is written in pencil in the top right margin. Red rubrication and a red and blue ink pen-flourished initial ' A ' introduce chapter 17. There is red ink underlining of some phrases in the text. The written space is 160 x 108 mm. There are two columns of text, each having 24 lines.
