Description:
Siege of Troy. Book four: to appease the gods the Trojans try to make a sacrifice to Apollo, but the fire for the sacrifice will not light. Next they spread out the innards of beasts they have sacrificed as an offering but an eagle carries the innards off to the Greek ships. The Trojans asks Cassandra what the failed sacrifices mean and she tells them Apollo is angry because Achilles was murdered in his temple. The written space is 305 x 200 mm, 2 columns and 44 lines and the script is anglicana formata by two hands.
