Description:
Siege of Troy. Book four: the Trojan council considers the proposal to surrender. Amphimachus argues against Anthenor saying he should die to defend King Priam, not try to make him a servant of the Greeks. Eneas (Aeneas) then speaks backing Anthenor, saying all hope has left the Trojans. There is an illuminated initial 'A' in the text. The written space is 305 x 200 mm, 2 columns and 44 lines and the script is anglicana formata by two hands.
