The story of King Gynder who would not pay tribute to Rome, followed by the stories of King Armoger, in whose time Saint Peter preached in Antioch, his son, King Westmer and the founding of Berwick-upon-Tweed. Rubrication in red ink and pen-flourished initials introduce the tales. The written space is 175 x 135 mm in several secretary hands throughout the manuscript.
