Description:
The story of how an Interdict on Scotland is pronounced from Rome but the Scots ravage the North of England yet again. There is some red rubrication, an illuminated initial 'H' and a pen-flourished initial 'A' in red and blue ink. The script is mainly secretary. There are scribbles in the margin.
