The words ' Edward 3 ' are written in the top margin. The tale of how the young King Edward III takes advice from the Lords and Earls about the problems the country is having with Queen Isabelle and Roger Mortimer, who have advised the young King badly on the issue of Scotland, and who are widely believed to have had the old King Edward murdered. The written space is c.182 x 112 mm and the script is anglicana formata.
