was done vnto þe deth: and alle þat helden w(t) Thom(a)s of lancastr(e) weren vndone þorugh þo traitours and alle here hei- res disherited How king Edward was pulte adoun & [...] his dignite bynome Capitulo CC(mo). x(mo). Anon after þis [...] was done þe Quene .Is(abel). and Edward hire sone and alle þe grete lords of Engelonde at one assent sente to king Edwarde to þe Castel of Kenylworth þ(er)e þat þe king was in keping vnder þe warde of S(ir) Joh(a)n Hothum þat was þ(e) bisshop of Ely. and of S(ir). Joh(a)n. of Parcy a Baroun: for enchesoun þat he shulde ordeigne his parlement at a certayn place in En- gelonde for to redresse and amende þe stat of þe reaume: & king Edward ham ansuerde and saide lordes quod he ȝe seþ ful wel how it is lo. haueth here my seal y ȝeue ȝow my po- wer to ordeyne a p(ar)leme(~)t where þ(t) ȝe wile and þey nome hir(e) leue of ham and come aȝen to þe Barouns of Engelond and whanne þey had þ(e) kinges patent of þis þing and þey she- wede it to þe lordeȝ and þo was ordeigned þat þe p(ar)leme(~)t shul- de ben at Westm(inster). att þe vtas of sent Hillary and alle þe g(re)te lordes of Engelonde lete ordeigne for ham þ(er)e aȝens þat tyme þat þe p(ar)leme(~)t shulde bene // And at which day þ(t) þ(e) p(ar)lement was þe king wolde nought come þ(er)e for no maner(e) þing as he had set him self and assigned: and noþeles þ(e) barons sente to him o time and oþer and he suore by godd(es) soule þat he nolde come þ(er)e o foote.
