harme vnto his seed aftir his time // þanne shal þ(er)e come a peple out of þe Northwest durynge his regne þat shal ben lad þorugh a wikked hare þat þe dragoun(~) shal don croune king þat aftirward shal fle ou(er) þe see wiþoute comynge a- ȝein . for drede of þe dragoun(~) // And in þat time þe sonne shal be as rede as blood and me(~) shulle see þorugh al þe world þat bitokne grete pestilence and deth of folc þorugh dente of suerde and þat peple shal ben faderles til þe time þat þe d(ra)goun(~) shal dye þorugh an hare þat shal meue aȝens him werre in þe ende of his lyf þat shal nought stilliche ben ended in his time // þis dragou(~) shal ben halde in his time þe beste body of al þe worlde and he shal dye bisides þe marches of a st(ra)unge lande and þ(e) lande shal duelle faderles wiþoute a goood gouer nour : and me shal wepe for his deth fram þe Jle of she- pe vnto þe hauene of Marcill: wherfore allas shal bene þe comune song of faderles folc þat shulle eu(er)e lyuen in his lande destroiede And after þis dragoun(~) shal co- men a goot out of Kar . þat shal haue hornes and a berde of siluer and þ(er) shal come out of his nostrell . adop þ(t) shal bitokne hung(er) and sorwe and gret deth of þe peple. and muchel of his lande in þe biginnyng of his regne muche shal be wastede // þis Goot shal gon ou(er) in to ff(ra)unc and shal oppon þe flour of lyf and of deth . Jn his time þ(er)e shal arise an Egle in Cornewaile þat shal haue feþ(er)es of golde þat of p(ri)de shal ben wiþoute pere of al þe lande & he shal despise lordes of blood and after he shal fle sham- fully by a bere at Gauersech. and after shulle be made brigges of men oppon þe costes of þe see and stones shulle falle fro castell and many oþ(er)e tounes shulle be made playne .
