1. the iij(de) þinge is [sexus] þ(t) is to saye manhede or womanhede fore on is þ(e) 2. vryn of a man and þ(e) oþ(er) is þ(e) vryn of a woman & ofte it is hevyll to deserne 3. þ(e) fro þ(e) toþ(er) but iffe a man be sotill and ware in his gves[m]anys askynge & 4. be moche owsyd to see wateris ./. and here ʒe shall vndyrstond dyu(er)ys 5. rowlys to knowe þ(e) dyu(er)syteis of vrynis both of men . wemen and bostys 6. & of oþ(er) lyco(ur)s for deseycys of the pepill/.
