Description:
Notes on what types of urine rule which areas of the body. Between lines 5 and 10 in the left margin is written 'iiij Regions .va[cate] .hit . vryna.' Line 1, '&' is written above 'or'. Lines19-21: 'good & sckcor[n]ely orate p(er) nos'. Note line 9 unusual use of first person pronoun. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is anglicana.
