Medical recipes. Extensive damage top margin. Down the left margin a note has been written which is too faint to make out. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is anglicana.

Mugwort & modyrwort is [an] [part of folio missing] [ys q ys] in iij de[g(es)] 2. this helpyth to conseyue child & clansyth þe modir and 3. doyth a woman to haue hir floures whan she h[ath] 4. lost hem Also hit doyth away e(~)moradis þ(t) waxen 5. yn amans foundement ou(er) þ(is) man(er) fyrste they shullen 6. ben carsyd & aft(er) ward take poudr of modyr wort & 7. of w(^h)oreswud to gedr & strow apon hem.
