Medical recipes. a crowded folio, with lots of interlinear additions, marginalia and cancellations. line 13 $ = infinity sign symmbol denoting end of recipe. Line 14 - 18 contains so many interlinear notes and addenda that it is difficult to know which text belongs to which line. Lines 13-14 interlineation: '& bey[ns] in þe fles[c]e' Lines 14-15 interlineation: '& ley hy** ou*' and also: '& he wyll drev þe thorne **warde'. Left margin lines 19-23: 'w[h]eth wh[*]ne redde harte leffe' The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is anglicana.
