Medical recipes. In the top margin: 'Manys erys' is written in a later hand, alongside crude floral patterning. Line 1 a later scribe has added 'herbis' above 'heberi'. Line 5 a later scribe has added 'benys' above 'lupens' Line 10 a later scribe has added 'rvharbe' in the left margin. Line 20 a later scribe has added 'red' above 'myntis'. Line 22: omission of 'seke'. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is mainly secretary.
