Medical recipes. Line 2 'Aman' is written above 'heme'; line 15: 'swelowe' is written above 'swill'; line 19 'downge' is written above 'mukke'. Line 17 a scribal error is crossed through and then blotted out with ink. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is mainly secretary.
