Also take þre unc of betayu(~) & swete mylke of a gote 2. & temp(er) hem to gedir & drink it .iij. days Also take 3. horshene w(t) þ(e) rote of rose bleed & grynde it and te(~)p(er) hit 4. w(t) watir & drinke it ffor the crampe Take & stampe 5. rew & medill þ(er) w(t) fressche bott(er) & kepe it so in a vessell 6. .ix. days wel cou(er)ed þen boyle it & skome it wel & þan 7. þ(er) to while hit is hoot ensence poudred and stere hit 8. well & make an oynment wt þ(e) Ake Also for the same 9.
