Medical recipes. On line 18 in left margin: 'vanys. .cotte.' Line 11 in right margin is written 'colic'. The written space is c. 163 x 115 mm and the script is mainly secretary.

Take hart(es) horne & brynne it & shaue it and 8. make poudir þ(er) of & drinke it laste Also Take þ(e) heles 9. of a swynys ffoot and bryn it & yeve hit hym to drinke 10.
