1. þoroughe a cloþe And put þ(er) to .iij. d wheyȝt of poudir of rev 2. barke and cast it in to þ(e) mylke And so vse a sponfull at onys 3. first and last A good drinke ffor the hede Take betayne 4. and v(er)veyne wormode and selidoyne weybrode and reve wal- 5. wort and sawge and .iij. cornys of pepir and stampe hem 6. and sethe hem to gedir in watir And drinke hem fastyng 7. A good oynement ffor the hede Take þe jus of wal 8. worte wax and store and sethe hem well to gedyr and þer 9. w(t) þan anoynt þy hede ffor sore in the mouthe tothe 10. or othir sores Take .v. juy beryes with .v. levys 11. And sethe hem to gedyr well and þan holde þe mouthe ou(er) it 12.
